A 60 minute moderate intensity class to target the lower body and abdominals. Focusing on strengthening and toning the legs and butt, core strength and balance.

Core Essentials is 30 minutes of training to strengthen and tone your abdominals, obliques, glutes and back.
Balance and Stretch
45 minutes class using bodyweight that focus on building balance, flexibility, strength and stretching for the body.
A light and easy to follow exercise class that not only challenge the body using a variety of equipment but also focusing on quality movement. The focus on balance, strength and functional fitness is about building your body to be capable of performing daily activities and tasks.
